the Rose City Triathlon at Lake Tyler West. Courses are subject to

Swim Course
|
The entire
swim is just a few yards from shore or "touching bottom"
and just a few feet from friendly volunteers in kayaks.
Spectators will be able to view and photograph swimmers
closely from shore during the entire distance. |
Bike Course
|
The scenic
bike course is challenging with beautifully shaded,
rolling hills. The hills are short with ample
recovery time downhill before the next short climb.

Run Course
|
The run
course is sunny and flat. Spectators can stand
near the finish line and view the entire distance of
the run. This triathlon is a photographers
dream! |
