*What are time trials?

An individual time trial is a road bicycle event in which cyclists compete alone against the clock. Time trials are NOT a competition between riders but are used by an individual to compare their times and measure progress.  Great for training, Time trials are also referred to as "the race of truth", as performance  depends only on each rider's strength and endurance, and not on the help provided by team-mates and others riding ahead creating a slipstream for drafting.  These are excellent tools  for beginning cyclists as you can compare times to mark improvement.    Starting times are at equal intervals, usually one or two minutes apart.  There is no pre-registration, just show up!

1.  Must be paid TBC, LAMA, or ETT member

2.  Sponsors normally donate prizes based on attendance--more details on each series will be available at a later date.

3.  In event of incremental weather, check your respective forum for rainout notices. In case of rainout, the following Thursday will be makeup.

4.  Refreshments will  be available on a voluntary basis.  Anything anyone would like to bring will be greatly appreciated.

Killer Hill Time Trial series to start in July!
