Packets may be picked up from 3 PM until 8 PM on September 11, 2009.  Packet pick-up on race day  is possible but you must contact the race director.  Participants purchasing a 1 day USAT membership and wishing to pick up their packets on race day must please click the following link, print the 1 day membership form (you can also use this form to purchase a full year membership), complete this and use a credit card or staple a check for $10 made out to USAT and bring this with you.  We strongly encourage you to make a copy of the completed form for your records, especially if you use the form to purchase a full membership.

The Rose City Triathlon Instruction Brochure is available for download and printing.  These will be in your race packets but those picking up their packet on Saturday morning might find it helpful to download one to read in advance so you do not have to do this that morning.  Click the link below:

RCT Race Day Brochure & Map

All participants must show photo identification along with a current USA Triathlon membership at packet pick-up.  Temporary memberships may be purchased after signing the USAT waiver for $10 at packet pick-up.  NO PHOTO ID, NO RACE, NO EXCEPTIONS.  This is a USA Triathlon regulation and is required for their sanctioning of the race.  Participants who have pre-registered on Signmeup.com com and who do not have a USAT membership may print the form mentioned above and bring this with you to packet pick-up as well--it may save you time in line.  Please look up and remember your race number for packet pickup.  You may find your race number by clicking the link below:

All  of the members of a relay team must pick up their packet together at the same time.  Packets cannot be given until all members of a team show proof of ID and of USAT membership. 

You may also sign up or register at packet pick-up! 

The fee for this is $70 for an individual and $130 for a relay.  We cannot accept credit cards to pay for race registration but you can pay with cash or a check made out to East Texas Triathletes.  If you are paying for a registration and for your USAT membership by check, these must be separate.
